On June 12 2023, the PHARA consortium came together to kick-off of the project. After an introduction exercise, the team discussed various topics such as the project plan, governance, consortium agreement and practical aspects like documents sharing, meetings and the action plan for the first phase of the project. At the end of the kick-off meeting the start of the project was celebrated with PHARA cake.
